Having Fun After Successful Fundraiser at West Jordan Middle

Students cheer as West Jordan Middle Assistant Principal Tim Brooks gets his head shaved in front of the entire school…and it was all for a good cause. Brooks said he’d have all his hair cut off, if students at the school could fill twenty big tubs with personal care items for kids, like themselves, who happen to be homeless. The donations, everything from toothpaste to lotions and soap, will be delivered to the Homeless Youth Resource Center in Salt Lake City. Some West Jordan Middle students actually used their own allowances to shop for the personal hygiene products that will help other kids in need. To everyone who participated, including Mr. Brooks, job well done! ★
