Souper Bowl of Caring Money Already at Work in Jordan School District

Students on a Shopping SpreeJust days after raising more than $40,000 in the Souper Bowl of Caring, students headed to Costco on a grocery shopping spree. They used the money to purchase a variety of food which will be used to re-stock 55 Principal Pantries. Students in seven District schools participated in the Souper Bowl of Caring and all the money raised will help feed hungry children right here in JSD. Those same students wasted no time volunteering to shop for the food and then sort it, ready for shipment to the individual school pantries.

Thank you to everyone who participated and for caring about the health and well being of fellow students. Enjoy a photo gallery on our Facebook page.
