KSL-TV Salutes Two Jordan Ridge Crossing Guards with a ‘High 5’

Crossing guards and KSL's Grant Weyman holding Thank You bannerEvery morning during the school year you can find Carrie Condie and Steve Airmet greeting Jordan Ridge Elementary School students and safely helping them across the intersection at 2700 West and 9800 South in South Jordan.

As a big ‘Thank You’ to these dedicated crossing guards, the school nominated them for a KSL-TV High 5.

Students and staff, along with KSL-TV Meteorologist Grant Weyman and representatives from America First Credit Union all gathered outside the school to surprise Carrie and Steve with a huge banner and cheers of thanks, along with a ‘High 5’ from KSL-TV.

The cheerful crossing guards, with stop signs in hand, were amazed by the love and appreciation they received from everyone at the school and the Jordan Ridge community.

Thank you Carrie and Steve for your dedication to helping keep kids safe!!!
