Report to the Community
We are pleased to present the 2008-09 Jordan School District Annual Report. After 104 years, this report reflects the final year of Jordan School District representing the patrons of Alta, Bluffdale, Copperton, Cottonwood Heights, Draper, Herriman, Midvale, Riverton, Sandy, South Jordan, West Jordan, and White City.
In 2007, voters residing east of the Jordan River in the cities of Alta, Cottonwood Heights, Draper, Midvale, Sandy, and White City voted to split from Jordan School District and form their own district. The division of Jordan School District officially took place at the end of the 2008-09 school year on June 30, 2009.
In this report you will find details about the District’s staff, students, programs and finances during the 2008-09 school year.
