It was a colorful celebration of Chinese culture and the Chinese language students have come to love and speak in their Dual Language Immersion program classes. DLI students from Copper Mountain, Fort Herriman, South Jordan and Oquirrh Hills Middle all came together to showcase what they have learned about different aspects of Chinese culture. After looking at the amazing projects that were on display, students and parents were treated to a performance with the traditional Chinese Dragon dance, a Chinese Folk Orchestra, a Martial Arts demonstration and traditional Chinese folk dancing. Professional calligraphy artists were also there to showcase their amazing artwork. Thanks to Copper Mountain Middle for hosting this special celebration and to everyone who contributed to make it such a success.
