It was a night with a focus on families and how to best meet their needs. Hundreds of people showed up at the first annual Family Resource Fair. There were 25 local organizations represented in booths offering health services, adult education, literacy support, workforce services, child development services, disability law services and more. Jordan School District school nurses were also on hand offering free bike helmets, eye exams and blood pressure checks. In addition, Copper Hills High student body officers ran games and gave out prizes. Thanks to everyone involved including West Jordan Mayor Jim Riding along with police and fire.
