When Tyler and Cooper Kurtzhals aren’t in school, chances are you will find them hard at work testing their physical and mental strength and endurance. You see the brothers are rising stars in Ninja Warrior competitions around the country.

Tyler Kurtzhals, a 9th grade student at Fort Herriman Middle School, was chosen to compete on the television show American Ninja Warrior Junior in an episode which will air March 23 on the Universal Kids Channel. Tyler and his parents traveled to Los Angeles in July to film the episode.

Cooper Kurtzhals, a 4th grade student at Herriman Elementary School, is on the Ninja journey with his brother. Both competed in two national leagues: The National Ninja League (NNL) and the Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association. Both have qualified for Nationals in the NNL and will be traveling to Connecticut to compete next month.

Best of luck to these talented Ninja competitors whose hard work and dedication is paying off.
