With the help of staff at Majestic Elementary, the West Jordan Community pulled together enough donations to ensure 60 families had a happy and warm Christmas this year. Josefina Swensen, who works at Majestic Elementary, put out a plea on Facebook for help making Christmas possible this year for struggling families in the area. Donations of toys, clothing, food, school supplies, sports equipment, and winter apparel poured into the schools. Even a local restaurant, Stri’s, gifted a truckload of cereal to the donation drive. The generosity of the West Jordan community filled two rooms at the school.
