South Jordan Middle School teacher Megan Morrison is one of the Jordan Education Foundation’s top fifteen Outstanding Educators of the Year. Ms. Morrison was nominated for the award by the staff at South Jordan Middle for her wide-ranging positive impact on not just her students, but everyone at the school.
Ms. Morrison transforms both her classroom and her school community by inspiring students, parents, and colleagues with her unwavering care, high expectations, and joyful energy. She builds strong partnerships with families, mentors adult staff, and models how every student can succeed when supported by a dedicated team. Her impact ripples beyond academics, creating a culture where students feel loved, included, and empowered, and adults are motivated to give their best.
