West Hills Educators Celebrate Peer Support and Growth

At West Hills Middle School, administrators and educators are celebrating a major milestone after completing over 1,000 peer observations, affectionately known as “Catwalks,” since 2024. Teachers, coaches, and administrators regularly step into each other’s classrooms to share best practices, highlight effective classroom management, and model student feedback strategies.
