Firm handshakes, respectful introductions, and engaging conversations filled the gym as students in Hayden Peak Leadership Academy gathered for a special banquet dinner celebrating their successful completion of the school’s Leadership Academy program.
Throughout the school year, students studied Ron Clark’s Essential 55 Rules, learning valuable lessons in leadership, respect, and communication. The banquet provided students with an opportunity to put those skills into practice by demonstrating confident handshakes, proper etiquette, active listening, and meaningful conversation.
Dinner guests were seated alongside students and invited to observe and evaluate their skills in areas such as restaurant etiquette, eye contact, conversational abilities, and professionalism. Guests were able to witness firsthand the growth students achieved throughout the year as they developed important leadership and interpersonal skills.
Congratulations to the students, staff, and everyone involved in making the Leadership Academy and banquet dinner such a success. The students represented Hayden Peak with excellence and maturity throughout the evening.
