Copper Hills High School Student Honored by Utah Division of Multicultural Affairs

That’s why Copper Hills High School’s Black Student Union President MaryKrista Ehounou is being honored by the Utah Division of Multicultural Affairs. She was selected as an “Excellence in Leadership Rising Leader Award” winner for her commitment to advancing civic engagement, service, and facilitating change at CHHS and in the community.

The award was presented to MaryKrista during the Multicultural Youth Leadership Day Conference. While being described as soft spoken, those who know her say MaryKrista is  powerful in action.
