They are heartfelt messages of appreciation written by students throughout Bingham High for every single teacher at the school. During a recent “Teacher Appreciation Week” breakfast, Principal Rodney Shaw and other members of his team, surprised teachers by delivering the hand-written, personalized cards to every educator in the room.
Students decided which teacher or teachers to whom they wanted to send a message of thanks and appreciation. Some teachers received dozens of cards. Students wrote a total of 3,300 personalized cards to let teachers know how much of an impact they have on the lives of students at Bingham High.
Way to go Bingham High School students!
