Daybreak Elementary School began the year with an assembly featuring a bronze medal winner. Special Olympian Natalie Green from South Jordan showed off the medal she won in Turin, Italy, this year in Dance Sport. During her speech, she emphasized the importance of teamwork with her partner on the dance team Trey Garrett. Natalie encouraged the students to follow her example and be engaged in their learning, try new sports and hobbies, and be inclusive to everyone in their school.
