They are our friends, co-workers, and some of the hardest-working people around. Today is National School Custodian Appreciation Day and we invite everyone to say thank you to the custodian in your school or building.

This is an opportunity to express our sincere gratitude for the hard work and dedication of custodians in keeping schools and offices clean, safe, and welcoming. The custodians and sweepers make sure students, teachers, and all employees have what they need to thrive in the learning and office environment.

 Custodians are caring individuals who wear many hats. They help with a wide variety of daily tasks, and brave the rain, sleet, snow, and ice to keep everyone safe in Utah’s changing weather.
