The enthusiastic and creative staff at Majestic Elementary Arts Academy went above and beyond to create a memorable day for students to celebrate the 67th day of school, building activities and decorating the building with the slang term 6-7. To kick off the festivities, the school offered free hot cocoa and coffee, which the student council distributed to parents during drop-off.
Staff wore fun outfits highlighting the numbers 6 and 7 and hid 67 gingerbread men around the school for students to find in a hunt. Principal Marianne Johansen even got in on the fun, dressing up as her alter ego, Skittles the Rapper, and went from class to class performing an epic 6-7 rap for students.
Way to go Majestic Elementary Arts Academy staff who have made the past 67 days engaging and fun for students. There are only 113 more to go in the school year. Keep up the great work!
