It’s a dream for students, a trip to a store stocked with toys and a pile of cash to spend. The Coyote Den Store fulfills that very wish for its students at Copper Canyon Elementary. Generous donations have stocked the student store with stuffed animals, games, candy bars, and art supplies.
Students earn Den Dollars for going above and beyond in their classroom. Faculty can reward a student who exhibits great behavior, helps a fellow student, or picks up trash on the playground. The Copper Canyon student council assists in running the store, escorting each class in, taking money, and helping younger students shop.
