For three straight days, the atrium at Kauri Sue Hamilton School was packed as students performed in the school’s annual Spring Fling. This year, three casts and over 100 students with disabilities took the stage in a production of Disney’s Descendants: The Musical, singing “It’s Good to Be Bad” and playing the roles of the children of famous Disney villains and heroes.
The event is a highlight of the school year for parents, students, and staff. The show is a collaborative effort from every member of the staff at Kauri Sue Hamilton. A heartfelt thank you to Cassie Dibbins, the school’s incredible music therapist. Thank you to everyone who visited the school and cheered on these incredible students.
