She’s got school spirit and the wardrobe to prove it. Beth Pollock became the principal of South Jordan Elementary at the start of the school year and has worn the blue and yellow of the Rams every single school day this year, going on over 100 straight days with no end in sight. The blue and yellow have shown through during all kinds of weather, holidays, formal wear, spirit days, and more.
