The CTE Internship program celebrated a successful school year with a luncheon at the JATC South campus. Interns in the course were required to work at least 40 hours at their selected site. The year’s cohort completed more than 6000 combined internship hours. Those enrolled in the course received hands-on experience in a career path of their choice, spending time with barbers, corrections officers, doctors, engineers, firefighters, and more.
Kudos to students, mentors, and staff for collaborating on such an impactful program for all involved.
