Copper Canyon Elementary Students Paint the School With Kindness

Students pain a mural of kindness Student leaders at Copper Canyon Elementary School took a break from the fun summer activities to share a message of kindness on the wall of their school’s gym. Twelve students and two staff members painted the mural that says, “Choose Kindness. It matters!” Mountain Ridge High School Sterling Scholar Chelsah Thomas designed the mural.

After completing the mural, the student council made posters and invited all students to write ways to spread kindness. They shared their thoughts on sticky notes.
