They took their love of the Chinese language and culture out of the classroom and into the community. Some Herriman High School Chinese Dual Language Immersion students celebrated by participating in the Daybreak Dragon Boat Festival. The dragon boat race was amazing and included official 40-foot dragon boats. The Chinese festival included food and cultural performances.
