During a recent professional development day, 45 elementary and middle school PE teachers from Jordan School District received specialized floor hockey training from the Utah Mammoth Youth Program. The training session equipped educators with professional drills and coaching techniques to bring a new level of energy and skill to their schools.
The partnership continues as the Utah Mammoth team prepares to work with schools to co-teach students alongside these instructors. These visits allow students to learn the fundamentals of the game directly from the pros.
This collaboration brings high-quality hockey education to schools throughout JSD.
