Congratulations to First Graduating Class of Kings Peak High School

Students at graduation eventThey are students who attended the first virtual high school established in Jordan School District and now, they are the first graduating class of Kings Peak High School. Congratulations to the 48 students earning their diplomas and taking the stage to be recognized in front of a packed auditorium at Hidden Valley Middle School. Students decided on a theme for the Kings Peak High graduation, which was “The Best View Comes After the Hardest Climb.” Thanks to everyone who made this such a special evening including student speakers, along with Principal Ammon Wiemers, Board Member Niki George and Administrator of Schools Lisa Robinson.

We wish the very best to the Kings Peak Class of 2022!

Field Day Fun for Rocky Peak Virtual Elementary School Students

The last day of school was filled with fun for students at Rocky Peak Virtual Elementary School. That’s because the school’s principal, teachers and staff organized a field day with games like a ring toss, chalk art, sidewalk bowling, even pink flamingos joined in the fun.

Students also had the opportunity to pose for pictures with the principal who had a new look for the day. Mr. Menlove dyed his hair bright pink, a memorable way to send students off for summer.

We can’t wait to see what Mr. Menlove and his staff have in store for students in the upcoming year at Rocky Peak Virtual Elementary School!
