It was a morning of magical holiday moments and memories for South Valley students. They took a short field trip to experience the Festival of Trees, taking in all of the beautifully decorated, extravagant trees, stunning wreaths, hand-crafted gingerbread houses, and much more.
Each donated tree tells a touching story and the students were able to learn about those stories as well.
The 2022 Festival of Trees is taking place at the Mountain America Exposition Center and runs through December 3.

It was a day filled with fun and a focus on the ultimate prize, helping to break the World Record in Sport Stacking.

One episode explains important aspects of Reunification, which is a process used by all schools in the event of a crisis in or outside the building. Reunification plays a crucial role in helping us get students safely back home to loved ones in an emergency situation. You can also watch a parent reunification video.
